How I defined what I do at Zéphyr

I learned fairly early on in life (another story for another day!) that to struggle requires trust, patience, & dedicated observation to navigate a path to clarity. When I arrived in Burgundy in Fall 2021 (a year of record low yields at harvest following a challenging growing season), I knew I was here to stay. As to how and what I was going to offer in my newfound home remained unclear.

With time, struggle, persistence, and transatlantic flights between the U.S. and France, it became clear that Zéphyr was becoming more than a concept and that the services were multifold.

Zéphyr has evolved from a concept into what it is today: a 3-pillar business offering custom wine experiences discovering French wine regions and the services that are the roots of my offerings: and from which I am growing an evolving ecosystem aimed at developing more meaning into your wine glass.

As a liaison between French artisans (winemakers and a wine barrel maker) and importers & winery clients in the U.S. , I have laid a foundation that brings me directly to the artisan in France while maintaining connection and perspective to the wine enthusiast back home.
