Time: 15h-18h
Address: L’Arsouille Dijon, 51 Rue des Godrans Dijon
Atelier Anglais is a guided tasting experience designed to deepen your understanding of French natural wine at L’Arsouille — Dijon’s first and only natural wine shop.
This is a small-group format designed to allow space for genuine dialogue. Whether you’re new to wine or already a devoted enthusiast, the goal is to leave with a richer sense of place, a few new friends, and perhaps a favorite bottle or two to take home.
Next Atelier: Sunday, August 2nd - Les Bulles!
When we talk about ‘natural’ sparkling wines, an entirely new conversation open up: Not only are they a reflection of place & artistry, but the wide range of styles means there is always an occasion for bubbles.
Join us as we open up the different avenues of French sparkling wines, including:
How minimal intervention winemaking influences the personality of a sparkling wine, the difference between a traditional method wine and a Pét-Nat, why some wines feel more fruit-driven versus more savory, and how bottle variation can make our more authentic.
Included:
4 sparkling wines, including 1 Champagne
Light bites, grignotage
